What The Summit Is
The Online Sports Performance Summit will be a FREE conference for any coaches or trainers who would like to experience practical and holistic approaches to training, performance and overall long-term health.
The Purpose
The purpose of this summit is to begin to introduce holistic & practical approaches to performance training. This summit is completely FREE, and features some of the brightest minds in the field of sports performance. All presentations will be available for download, along with a coaches Q&A available at the end of each presentation.
The first summit of its kind to introduce diverse backgrounds in sports performance, such as mental performance and skills enhancement. We believe in practical information that can be implemented immediately, and this summit will not only provide evidence informed research, but valuable insight and takeaways for coaches at any level.

Organized by Xavier Brown, currently a Performance Coach for Future Fit.
Xavier works with all athletes of any age, although he specializes in basketball and volleyball performance. Xavier hopes to bridge the gap between skills performance training and sports performance training and work closely with skills trainers to unlock the full potential of every athlete.
Xavier graduated from the University of South Florida in 2016 with his Bachelor’s in Biological Health Sciences, and is currently obtaining his Master’s in Kinesiology & Sports Psychology from A.T. Still University.

Evan VanBecelaere is in his third season as director of men’s basketball strength and conditioning.
VanBecelaere came to Oregon after spending two seasons as assistant strength and conditioning coach with the Sacramento Kings. While with that NBA franchise, he assisted in training the Kings’ professional and developmental league players. During his tenure, VanBecelaere worked with notable players DeMarcus Cousins, Zach Randolph, Vince Carter, Buddy Hield and De’Aaron Fox. That training included the implementation of performance technologies such as force plates, velocity-based systems, GPS and isokinetics.
Before joining the Kings, VanBecelaere was the Director of Sports Performance for three years at Santa Clara where he oversaw the Broncos’ 20 Olympic sports and worked directly the men’s basketball program.
